The seeds of Reshape Growth were sown un-officially when Quintus and Sameer worked together at Amazon Canada over a decade ago, building out and scaling the Canadian fulfilment operations.

Cut to the year 2022, Toronto witnessed the birth of Reshape Growth. This journey took a significant leap forward when a power-packed brainstorming session led Quintus to join forces with Sameer, adding his expertise as a Partner. His distinguished experience at Amazon and Walmart have shaped his approach towards scaling businesses. At Amazon MENA, he enhanced fulfillment and streamlined supply chain processes. At Walmart, he rapidly deployed Pickup services across 400+ stores and expanded Online Grocery in Canada amidst the pandemic. His strategy-driven mindset led to a 5-year omnichannel plan and better customer engagement. With a strong finance and supply chain background under his belt, he also boosted Amazon Canada’s operations and overall market growth. With an MBA from Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Commerce & Finance from the University of Toronto, Sameer’s academic backgound makes him a top expert in his field.
Quintus is an accomplished senior executive in global e-commerce logistics and supply chain management and operations, recognized for translating strategic and conceptual thought leadership into tangible results. Known for building and scaling hyper-growth late-stage startups, Quintus has led numerous critical turnarounds. His leadership of at-scale teams and organizations, including multi-billion-dollar Amazon operations, has significantly driven growth and optimized operational performance. At instant needs unicorn startup Gopuff, he led the North American Fulfillment Operations (350 micro fulfillment centers), launching 130 micro fulfillment centers in 9 months. Quintus recently completed a contract expat assignment as Vice President of Operations at South Korean e-commerce giant Coupang.
Quintus holds a Global Executive MBA from the University of Sydney Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and has earned recognition through various certifications, including P.Log, CMILT, and CPL. Expanding his focus into the intersection between operations turnarounds and Private Equity, he most recently completed a Private Equity program at Wharton.
